Refund policy

At The Slow Whites, each piece is thoughtfully crafted, often by hand. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exchanges & Replacements (Eligible Cases Only)

We will only offer an exchange or replacement if:

• You receive an incorrect item

• The item arrives damaged

• The item has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Please email us at theslowwhites@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the matter.

Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges or replacements will not be provided for:

• Minor variations in color, texture, or embroidery (natural to handcrafted products)

• Damage caused due to improper use or care

• Change of mind after purchase

• Sale items, custom-made, or personalized orders

• Gift cards

Each product is handcrafted, making slight variations part of its unique character and authenticity. These variations are not considered defects.
