Please allow us 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. All India orders are charged a flat fee for delivery which will be shown at the order page.
Delivery timelines will differ according to regions. During festive times, shipping may take 1 to 2 days longer than usual.

Return & Exchange Policy
Every piece is handcrafted with a lot of care. Handmade products by nature have slight imperfections and these should not be considered as defects.
Due to the delicate nature of the product, returns are not accepted. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, write to us at theslowwhites@gmail.com and we will be glad to make your experience better.
Exchange is possible in case damaged or defective product is received. Please inform within 2 days of delivery for the same and write to theslowwhites@gmail.com with pictures for a quick resolution.
